Completing the floor is a study, a bar area with professional espresso machine, and a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, two refrigerators, freezer, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and juicer. Also present is an ironing room/wardrobe, card room with TV, billiard room, fitness room, relaxation room with table tennis, and a bathroom with shower.
